Criteria Meet Specification

Is the student able to articulate how they approached their AdWords campaign?

  • Presentation has been submitted using the Google Slides Template
  • The information is presented in a professional way
  • All of the required slides have been completed; example screenshots have been replaced with actual screenshots.

Is the student able to transfer their key campaign results into the framework provided?

  • The tables on all 3 slides presenting key campaign results (Ad Groups, Ads, Keywords) have been completed.
  • The student was able to identify three keywords they judge as most successful, given their campaign objective.
  • The information presented in the tables is in line with the screenshots provided in the appendix.

Is the student able to evaluate how well their campaign has performed, given their Marketing Objective?

  • The evaluation includes a statement addressing the overall return on investment of the campaign (was it positive or negative?).
  • The student addresses at least one of the following aspects:
    • Conversion Rate
    • Cost per Click
    • Click through Rate
    • Cost per Conversion
    • Competition
    • Performance of specific Ad Groups, ads or keywords

Is the student able to come up with recommendations for future campaigns based on their campaign evaluation?

  • The student provides at least one meaningful recommendation on how they would alter their campaign if they had further budget.
  • The recommendation should address at least one of the following aspects:
    • Change / pause / add new ad groups or ads or keywords
    • Set up an A/B test
    • Make specific changes to the landing page
